Clemina Creek Crossing was deemed to be at risk of damage due to conditions and hazards at the crossing. Continued erosion along the creek had left the pipeline without adequate protective cover.
Remediation included the delivery and installation of rock riprap along the streambed and stream banks.
For environmental reasons, the worksite had to be isolated from the flowing waters. Due
to high water flows, isolation was completed in two stages allowing for
installation of riprap separately on each side of the stream.
