Pipeline Projects
McDonald & Ross Const. Ltd. has put a lot of pipe in the ground over the years. We have competent, experienced and knowledgeable welders and a very experienced labour force. We have all the tools necessary to complete any pipeline job. We have line-up clamps, band bevellers and roller cradles for all pipe sizes up to 48 inches. Ninety percent of our pipeline projects have involved testing and pigging as part of the scope of work. We have the equipment and instrumentation that is necessary to perform the pressure test including a dead weight and chart recorder. We are very experienced in running pigs to dry the pipeline and have various sizes of pig launchers and receivers in our yard. We have the contacts in the industry to obtain desiccant drying equipment should the need arise.
