• Re-grading at Pump House
• Stringing out pipe
• Fusing pipe
• Trenching excavation
• Lowering in fused sections
• Assembling hydrants and valves
• Air testing in sections
• Backfilling
• Final Air Test
• Restoration and Site Clean Up
• Demobilization
